OCTA is participating in a nationwide transit customer survey conducted by the American Bus Benchmarking Group (ABBG). The results of the survey will help OCTA learn from customers to provide even better service. Those who take the survey by May 5, 2024 will be automatically entered to win one of four 30-day bus passes. The short survey is available here.
